Jason has an acute passion for entrepreneurship and leadership, and a vision for transforming big ideas into reality through strategic execution with 25+ years of real estate industry experience. He founded Fort and to date, the company has invested over $2.1B in real estate throughout the state of Texas and the Sunbelt.
As Founder, Jason drives strategy on new growth initiatives while also providing guidance across all aspects of the organization. In addition, Jason leads the Board of Directors at Fort. Jason honed his skills and knowledge while working for the nation’s largest, privately-held home builder before joining Fort, where he gained a wealth of experience in building and leading sales, construction, and operations in one of the largest markets in the country.
