Fort’s portfolio has evolved over the course of the last 17 years. While originally specializing in residential and multifamily assets, we have expanded our portfolio over the last few years to primarily include industrial properties. We have a proven track record and strategy for transacting $2.1B worth of value-add real estate opportunities throughout Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, as well as Orlando and Memphis. We currently own and operate a growing portfolio of industrial and are actively seeking out new investments.
