Hannah Davidian
Hannah Davidian joined Fort in June 2019 as a Brand Coordinator. Throughout her tenure at Fort, she has played pivotal roles in various departments, from Business Analyst to Technical Project Manager, where she significantly contributed to enhancing the operational support across the organization. In September 2023, Hannah was promoted to her current role as Director of Product Operations.
In this role, Hannah drives initiatives that optimize operational efficiency and align business processes with Fort’s long-term objectives. She has been instrumental in merging technology with business operations, ensuring efficient project execution, and resource allocation. Hannah has led the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and automation solutions that have streamlined processes, boosted productivity, and minimized manual efforts.
As the product owner of Fort Operating System (FOS), Hannah oversees the development and integration of critical operational tools, such as FOS Maps, FOS Reports, FOS Dashboards, and Foster. Her efforts have not only improved daily operations but have also played a crucial role in shaping the company’s technological advancements to meet the evolving needs of the business landscape.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on Real Estate and a Leadership Emphasis from Texas Christian University. In her free time, she is an avid traveler, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and exploring the Trinity Trails with her Chocolate Lab, Murphy.
