Daniela Lopez
Daniela joined Fort in October of 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager and was promoted to Property Manager in July of 2024. In her role, she is responsible for tenant relations, ensuring all day-to-day operations of our San Antonio assets run smoothly, and initiating and managing future capital projects.
Daniela brings a deep passion for learning, technology, and efficiency, which has resulted in innovative solutions for clients across the nation. With 2 years of experience in CRM, she played a pivotal role in managing a dynamic industrial portfolio spanning 5 million square feet in both San Antonio and Schertz.
Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, Daniela graduated from St. Marys University majoring in Speech Communication. Daniela also earned a certificate in Web Development from the University of Texas at San Antonio. In her spare time, Daniela enjoys traveling, learning new skills, and spending time with her family.
