Colton Paulson
Colton Paulson joined Fort in January 2024 as a Business Analyst in the Fort Worth office. In this role, Colton works directly with the Operations department to streamline and enhance business processes. His key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing SQL queries for data extraction, ensuring data accuracy, providing strategic insights, designing dashboards and reports, integrating new systems and processes, and fostering Fort’s data-driven culture.
Colton graduated from the University of Notre Dame with his M.S. in Business Analytics. Prior to Notre Dame, he attended the University of Louisville, where he received his B.S. in Sport / Business Administration. He was also a member of the Swim & Dive teams at both Universities. In his free time, he loves to be active and outdoors playing disc golf and pickleball, as well as exploring Fort Worth with his fiancée, Delaney.
