April West
April West joined Fort in May 2024 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Director in August 2024. She is responsible for providing support and additional resources to our DFW Property Management Team.
Prior to joining Fort, April has had success with Retail, Office, Industrial, and Multifamily Assets. She develops positive relationships with tenants while coordinating tenant improvement projects, leading capital projects, and overseeing government construction throughout the Midwest, East Coast, and Puerto Rico.
April grew up in Central Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University, before heading to the East Coast to attend North Carolina State University for her Master’s Degree. She has lived throughout the East Coast before settling in Dallas, TX with her husband and two daughters. They love traveling the United States and they expect to hit all 50 states very soon.
