Andrea Heist
Andrea Heist joined Fort full-time in June 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager after interning for over a year. In December 2021, she was promoted to Property Manager. While managing assets for Fort and third-party ownership, she identified her passion for operations and began her new role as Operations Coordinator in June 2022. As of July 2024, Andrea has been promoted to Business Development Manager. In this role, she will leverage her extensive experience in property management and operations to drive growth and development initiatives for Fort, focusing on expanding the company’s market presence and forging strategic partnerships
Andrea’s experience in property budgeting has also allowed her to assist in forecasting all of the assets in the portfolio for the finance team. She is a great example of what it looks like to be a team player and help wherever she is needed. She is excited to continue to learn more about the CRE industry and strengthen her network with driven professionals.
Andrea is a graduate of Texas Christian University where she majored in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and is proficient in Spanish. In her free time, Andrea enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends and family, and hosting Horned Frog tailgates.
