Hickory Business Park sold in October 2020. The park is a three property light industrial asset located off of Highway 121. These properties provide direct access to Downtown Fort Worth and DFW International Airport.

Hickory Business Park is part of our DFW Three Property Portfolio, along with Luke Business Park and Mañana Business Park. This portfolio of light industrial / flex buildings totals 195,537 SF and was acquired in August 2018. Each building averages 20 tenants in each submarket with suites ranging in size from 1,400 SF – 8,500 SF.
