Cole Benson
Cole Benson joined Fort in March 2024 as an Acquisition Analyst. In this role, Cole helps manage and maintain Fort’s real estate investment pipeline. In addition, Cole participates in the evaluation of potential acquisitions through comprehensive financial analyses and works closely with our Finance, Property Management, and Transactions teams to complete the due diligence process.
Cole graduated with summa cum laude honors from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys fitness and being active at his church.
