Savannah Bernal
Savannah Bernal joined Fort in March 2024. She is responsible for maintaining tenant relations and the daily operations of DFW assets.
Prior to joining Fort, Savannah was a Property Manager at Finial Group. She brings experience in overseeing capital projects, ensuring compliance, and handling lease agreements. Savannah has managed over 650K square feet of industrial assets across Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, and Nashville markets.
Originally from Louisiana, Savannah received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans and her Master’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs.
