Natalie Overbey
Natalie joined Fort in August of 2023 as a Senior Property Manager. In July 2024, she was promoted to Vice President of Property Management over Houston and San Antonio. In her new role, Natalie will oversee all property management activities in these regions, ensuring operational excellence, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering strong tenant relationships.
Natalie has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, managing various types of properties including industrial, retail, and office. The bulk of her experience was gained while working as a Senior Property Manager at a development firm in Houston, leading the operational start-up for five mixed-use properties totaling 900,000 square feet.
Natalie graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Humanities. She spent a brief year in Seattle prior to moving to Dallas in May of 2022. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
