Fort Capital acquired this building in July 2018 and sold in September 2019. The 24,600 SF building at 707 N Freeway is situated on 1.72 AC and is located just Northeast of Fort Worth’s Central Business District. The property provides great access to transportation, including I-35, I-30, and TX-121.

707 N Freeway was built in 1977 and renovated in 2015 due to TxDOT purchasing a portion of the property for a $2.1B North Texas Express I-35W project.
