On-Site Leasing Manager – Houston
THE OPPORTUNITY
Overview
The On‑Site Leasing Manager supports leasing and daily operations at a multi‑tenant shallow bay industrial park in northwest Houston. This is a full‑time, hourly role where you’ll work directly with prospective and current tenants, help them find the right space, and keep the property running smoothly. You’ll greet visitors, give tours, follow up on leads, and guide tenants through the leasing process from start to finish. This role is great for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming property environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, website inquiries, and walk‑ins in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective tenants.
- Follow up consistently with all active prospects and leads.
- Manage the entire leasing process from first inquiry through signed lease.
- Keep an accurate list of tours, proposals, renewals, and active prospects.
- Prepare and share weekly leasing and activity reports.
- Work with brokers when needed to coordinate showings or proposals.
- Ensure all signed leases are complete, accurate, and passed to accounting and lease administration.
- Help with rent collection and following up on outstanding balances.
- Assist property management with maintenance coordination, vendor access, and general site needs.
- Help gather bids for repairs or service contracts.
- Meet with tenants and vendors on site as needed.
- Perform regular property walks to identify maintenance, cleanliness, or safety items.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- At least two years of leasing or property management experience (multifamily or commercial accepted).
- Comfortable talking with prospects and following up consistently.
- Organized and able to manage several tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
Schedule
- Full‑time: 40 hours per week
- Standard business hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour lunch break)
- Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday
- Overtime available with prior approval
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20/hour
- Leasing Incentive: All new leases will be paid out at 10% of 1 month’s rent; Must meet commencement and move‑in requirements:
- Example 1: Monthly Rent of $5,500 = $550 Commission
- Example 2: Monthly Rent of $3,100 = $310 Commission
